Pastor Matt Young is known for his dynamic, relatable teaching and strives to make the Bible as simple and easy to understand as possible. He brings biblical truths to life in a way that connects with people from all backgrounds. Both in and out of the pulpit, Pastor Matt Young walks alongside our church family with wisdom, warmth, and a heart for guiding others on a joyful and transformative faith journey.

Pastor Shayne Walters has faithfully served in full-time ministry for over 25 years, dedicating his life to helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus and equipping the local church to thrive. As Executive Pastor, Shayne provides leadership, support, and vision across many areas of ministry, helping ensure that every aspect of the church operates with excellence and purpose. Shayne is passionate about building strong teams, developing leaders, and creating an environment where people of all ages and walks of life can experience God’s love and take their next step in faith. Outside of ministry, Shayne enjoys spending time with his family. He is the proud father of four children, and his greatest joy is investing in both his family and the people God has called him to serve.

Kenny & Sally Blythe

Kenny and Sally Blythe are thankful to call Deer Park, Ohio, home. We have been joyfully married for 10 years and are blessed with our son, Charlie, who is 9 years old.

Both Kenny and Sally serve as educators in Princeton City Schools, where they view their work as an opportunity to invest in the next generation and demonstrate Christ’s love through their daily interactions with students and families. Faith is at the center of the Blythe family’s life. We are committed to growing in our relationship with Jesus, serving their church family, and encouraging others in their walk with Christ. Whether through worship, ministry, fellowship, or service, we desire to honor God and be a light in our community.

Meet Krystle Young, Pastor Matt Young’s wife and a caring leader at Access Church. Since their marriage in 2017, she’s played a key role in ministry while raising their five children. After giving her life to Christ in 2014, Krystle has been passionate about helping others grow in faith. She leads Women’s Encounters, a quarterly event for women, and uses her professional experience as a financial planner to offer guidance and support to the church family. Krystle is a woman of strong faith, dedicated to Jesus, her family, and serving others

Holly and Chris are a powerful ministry duo who lead worship with passion, purpose, and a deep love for God’s presence. Holly has been singing since she was 13 and has been involved in ministry her entire life. Filled with the Holy Spirit, her voice is more than just music—it’s a heartfelt expression of worship that uplifts God and encourages others to draw closer to Him. Her husband, Chris, a professional musician raised in Southern Ohio, spent over a decade in the Florida Keys honing his craft before returning home. Now, he leads the Access Church band with excellence and heart, using his God-given talent to help usher people into worship. Together, Chris and Holly bring more than music—they bring a worship experience that connects people to the heart of God.
