Introducing Krystle Young, the First Lady of Access Church and a pillar of warmth and compassion. Alongside her husband, Pastor Matt, Krystle has been a guiding force since their union in 2017. They parent five children and together form a dynamic partnership in life and ministry.

Raised in a faithful family, Krystle has been a committed Christian since her saving experience in 2014. She later founded Women's Encounters, a quarterly event fostering spiritual growth for the women in the church. Professionally a financial planner, she offers valuable expertise to the church community. Krystle stands as an epitome of a Proverbs 31 woman—committed to Jesus, steadfast in supporting her husband, and dedicated to her church family.

Daniel Laney stands as a beacon of compassion and trust within our community, serving as our dedicated Executive Pastor and our Youth Pastor. His spiritual journey ignited when he was saved on August 4, 2014, paving the way for a multifaceted career in pastoral roles and operations. This blend of experiences has endowed him with a unique set of organizational and people skills, making him exceptionally equipped to lead our youth with both administrative acumen and empathetic guidance.

A Cincinnati resident since 1996, Daniel's local roots run deep, intertwining closely with our church community. As the proud father of Isaac, 20, and Hannah, 16, he understands the nuances of nurturing a young family in faith. In his current role at Access Church, Daniel channels his boundless energy into creating a youth community that is not only spiritually enriching but also a safe and welcoming space for all

Involved in ministry her whole life, Holly has been singing since the age of 13. Filled and anointed by the Holy Spirit, she is very passionate about the power of praise and worship, having traveled and sung Gospel for years. Holly's singing transcends mere performance, becoming a heartfelt expression of faith that can touch and inspire others.

As a mother of two, she constantly strives to be the best version of herself and passionately seeks to win souls for Christ during the process. Her music isn't just about hitting the right notes; it's about connecting with the divine and helping others feel the presence and guidance of the Holy Spirit in their lives.

Heather was born and raised in Cincinnati, in a pastor's home, giving her a profound foundation in faith from an early age. As a wife and mother of three children, she brings to her role not just a calling and love for God but also a nurturing and responsible demeanor that makes her uniquely suited to guide the next generation in their relationship with Christ.
