Senior Pastor

Matt Young

Lead Pastor

Matt Young is a straightforward communicator who uniquely connects God’s unchanging truth with a diverse culture through compelling and creative teaching methods. He is the Senior Pastor of Access Amelia. Since beginning to minister over 25 years ago, he has been a strong believer in breaking down barriers to reach all people no matter their educational, social-economic, or religious backgrounds. He has been and continues to be a community leader in combating addictions, poverty, and other social issues that hold individuals from developing into what God has called them to be and be an advocating voice for individuals who need a chance to live a restored life instead of a life of regret.

Holly Young

Worship Leader

Holly Young has been in

ministry her whole life and has

been singing since the age of 13.

She is very passionate about

the power of Praise and

Worship, and she has traveled

while singing Gospel for years.

She is a mother of two and

strives to be the best version of

herself she can be and wants

to win souls for Christ during

the process.

Heather Guzman

Director of Student Ministry

Was born and raised in

Cincinnati in a pastor's home.

A wife and mother of two

children. With a calling and love

for God. She passionate about

the next generation and their

relationship with Christ.
